4. Appointments and Consultations

4.1 Booking

Appointments can be made via telephone, email, or through our website. A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of consultation fee may be charged
No-shows without notice: Full consultation fee may be charged

4.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure adequate time for your consultation and other patients.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
SnapScan / Zapper

5.2 Payment Due

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. For treatment packages, payment terms will be specified in your treatment agreement.

5.3 Medical Aid

Most aesthetic treatments are not covered by medical aid schemes. We do not bill medical aids directly. Patients are responsible for payment and may claim from their medical aid where applicable.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic treatments:

Consultation fees are non-refundable
Treatment fees are non-refundable once the treatment has been administered
Prepaid packages: Unused treatments may be refunded at our discretion, less an administration fee
Product purchases: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment results, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to patient satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues.
